Order Confirmation

Once you’ve completed your order on our website, we may reach out to you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order. Please keep in mind that if we can’t reach you through the provided phone number, we won’t be able to dispatch your order.

Domestic Shipping

Upon order confirmation, we typically dispatch your order within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). It’s usually delivered within 3-6 working days after dispatch within Pakistan. However, delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

If any item in your order is out of stock or not suitable for sale due to a quality issue, we will remove it from your order and dispatch the rest of the items.

Occasionally, our courier delivery rider may contact you, so please ensure your phone is switched on and be open to answering calls from unidentified numbers.

For cash on delivery payments, please have the exact change ready, as sometimes the courier rider may not have change available.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charge is PKR 180/- nationwide. However, we offer free delivery for orders over PKR 3000/-. For international shipping charges, please get in touch with us, as they vary depending on the destination country.

International Shipping

We provide worldwide shipping through DHL.

International shipping typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding any customs processing time).

International orders are shipped only after receiving full payment in advance.

Please note that for jewelry, international shipping is restricted to 2kg per shipment without export documentation.

The international shipping rate depends on the package weight and will be calculated after confirming your order. As a general guideline, current shipping rates for the US and Europe start at a minimum of 35 USD per kg.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations. We ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Our shipments leave at 6 pm daily, so ideally, cancellations should be requested before the first 6 pm following your order placement.
